“Environmental law is an ever-changing topic, and it is important for those who are thinking about selling their business or real property to hear. There are many environmental issues that one can run into and, unless one has an experienced environmental attorney by one’s side through the process, the sale can get very messy,” said Beneduce, who will focus his presentation on such potential environmental issues.
